HELLO AND GOODNIGHT

John Daschbach’s first feature explores four darkly comic tales of greed, desperation, love and redemption during one long summer night in New York City.  A college freshman trying to lose his virginity encounters a surprise on his first date with an Internet friend.  A Japanese man crying over a recent breakup meets a man in a hotel bar who is determined to help him find Jesus.  With his lover away, a soap opera actor steps out to a gay bar only to be played by a hot young hustler.  And two shy 30-somethings on a blind date discover they share a startling secret from their past.
